Voting starts in Angolan general election

The polls opened on Wednesday in Angola to elect a president and members of the National Assembly. Some 14.3 million Angolan voters are registered to cast ballots in what's predicted to be the most closely-fought vote since the introduction of multi-party elections in 1992.
