2 men trapped on islet amid heavy rain rescued in Gansu

Two men were trapped on an islet as heavy rain caused a river to swell in Zhangye City, northwest China's Gansu Province. After many failed attempts to rescue the men with large mechanical equipment, firefighters used a rope to create a zip line for the pair to cross the river. After five hours of intense effort, the trapped men were finally rescued.
