International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi said in a tweet on Thursday that he met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris and discussed the IAEA's imminent visit to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.

Grossi later said in an interview with France 24 TV that the IAEA is "very, very close" to being able to go to the nuclear power plant.
