Largest bronze mythical beast newly unearthed at Sanxingdui Ruins

Archaeologists unearthed a bronze mythical beast from the No. 8 sacrificial pit at the Sanxingdui Ruins site in Guanghan City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on August 24. It is more than one meter long, weighs about 150 kilograms and is the most complete and the largest animal-shaped bronze unearthed at Sanxingdui.
