The Mirwais Hospital in southern Afghanistan's Kandahar Province was built by China in the 1970s as a gift for the Afghan people. It is one of the busiest hospitals in the region, serving millions of people from five provinces. Since the Taliban seized control of the country last August, the number of patients has soared. With limited resources, the hospital now faces a massive challenge. CGTN's Huang Yue reports.
