Afghan Deputy Minister of Economy, Abdul Latif Nazari tells CGTN that they have not achieved significant progress in persuading the United States to return the $7 billion in frozen assets to Afghanistan, after almost a year of effort through negotiations and diplomacy. He accuses the U.S. of violating all international rules and human behavior in freezing the assets. But he adds they will continue to endeavor and appreciate the world's support in this regard.
