On August 30, Afghanistan marks one full year since the last American troops left the Kabul airport. It signified the end of a two-decade, trillion-dollar war. However, Lailuma Nasiri, co-founder and president of the Afghanistan Justice Organization, says despite the huge U.S. spending, the yields are barely seen.
