A vessel chartered by the UN World Food Programme (WFP) departed from the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Yuzhny on Tuesday with wheat grain destined for the humanitarian response in Yemen.
The MV Karteria will stop in Türkiye along the way for the grains to be milled into flour, the WFP said in a statement.
"This is the second maritime shipment of WFP food to leave Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict in February."
