The UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, have recently expressed their gratitude and appreciation to China for the generous support offered in Afghanistan. Leonard Zulu, representative of the UNHCR in Afghanistan, says that China is a central and very important partner in the country, and China's South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund is instrumental in enabling UNHCR's projects. With the help of China and other donors, they have managed to help 2.6 million people this year alone.
