Air strike hits capital of Ethiopia's Tigray region

An air strike hit a neighborhood near a hospital late on Tuesday in Mekelle, the capital of Ethiopia's northern Tigray region, according to the head of a second hospital that received the casualties, less than a week after renewed fighting shattered a four-month ceasefire.
