Russian gas deliveries to Europe halted: pipeline operator

Russian gas deliveries to Europe via the Nord Stream pipeline have been halted, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG) said on Wednesday.

Russian energy giant Gazprom had said that it would stop deliveries for three days for maintenance work, further raising tensions on an already taut electricity market.
