Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Munir Akram on Tuesday expressed gratitude to China for its assistance to Pakistan's floods. Akram also said that Pakistan was a victim of climate change and that industrial countries should compensate for the global climate crisis caused by their greenhouse gas emissions.
