Russia can't meet gas supply due to sanctions: Peskov

Russia is unable to fulfill its gas supply due to economic sanctions, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the suspension of the Nord Stream on Wednesday.

Earlier on Wednesday, Russian gas deliveries to Europe via the Nord Stream pipeline have been halted, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG) said.
