Hundreds of Taliban flood the streets of Kabul on August 30 with gunshots, white flags and fireworks to mark the first anniversary since the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. They watched fireworks in Ahmed Shah Massoud Square, in front of the now-closed U.S. Embassy.
