China rejects UN Human Rights Office report on Xinjiang

Beijing has voiced strong opposition to a report on the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which was released by the United Nations Human Rights Office. On September 1, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin called the report "invalid".
