Death toll rises to 1,191 in Pakistan monsoon flooding

The death toll from monsoon flooding in Pakistan since June has reached 1,191, according to figures released on Wednesday by the country's National Disaster Management Authority.

It said another 3,641 people have been injured, as heavy rains that have affected more than 33 million people continued to lash parts of the country.
