Russia, Ukraine trade blame for strike on Energodar
CGTN

Russia and Ukraine traded accusations on Thursday over a fresh strike on the city of Energodar, where the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is located.

Russian state media agency RIA Novosti, citing the Russian-appointed regional military-civilian administration, reported that three civilians were killed and one was injured by Ukrainian shelling, but the city's Ukrainian Mayor, Dmytro Orlov, asserted in a Telegram post that Russian forces had "shelled Energodar with mortars and used automatic weapons and rockets" since dawn.

An International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) mission has set off from the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia toward the nuclear power plant.
