A man has been arrested after attempting to shoot Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, Argentina's vice-president and former president, in Buenos Aires on September 1. Video shows a man pointing a gun at de Kirchner while she walks by a crowd of people. The man pulled the trigger, but the gun misfired and the VP was not harmed. The attacker was taken into custody after a few seconds of confusion and panic.
