Myanmar jailed a former UK ambassador to the country and her husband for a year on Friday for breaching immigration rules, AFP reported, citing a diplomatic source.

Vicky Bowman, and her husband, the prominent Myanmar artist Htein Lin, were jailed for a year each, a source with knowledge of the case told AFP.
