An annual international low-carbon development forum has opened in the capital city of Taiyuan in north China's Shanxi Province, drawing hundreds of guests from around the world. The forum highlights both the carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality. An International Energy Industry Expo is also held during the event, with participation of more than 160 companies from home and abroad.
