Autumn is coming with the temperatures gradually cooling down. The White Lake, in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is surrounded by overlapping snow peaks.

Also known as Aqkul, the White Lake is located in Kanas National Nature Reserve at 1,954 meters above sea level.

The Siberian Taiga forest at the foot of the mountain is reflected in the lake, creating a beautiful scenery that resembles an oil painting.
