The Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Interim government of Afghanistan, Haji Nooruddin Azizi, says there's great hope for more cooperation with China in every field because Afghanistan needs it now more than ever. He says Afghanistan is positive regarding joining the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. He hopes Chinese companies can help the country to extract minerals with a view to assisting poverty alleviation.
