EU to discuss measures to rein in soaring prices

Energy costs are spiraling in European countries as supplies from Russia dwindle. The German government has agreed to a 65-billion-euro plan to ease the fallout from soaring costs. The plan is the biggest relief package yet and includes tax breaks to energy-intensive businesses and one-off payments to the vulnerable.
