Exclusive: Rescue work underway after earthquake in Sichuan

A magnitude 6.8 earthquake jolted Luding County in southwest China's Sichuan Province at 12:52 p.m. Houses collapsed and people were trapped in Moxi Town, the epicenter. At least 690 rescuers from the Sichuan Forest Fire Brigade have begun rescue work in affected towns. As of 7:50 p.m., the team evacuated more than 100 people, including 15 who are seriously injured.
