A magnitude-6.8 earthquake at a depth of 16 kilometers jolted Luding County, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on September 5. A 40-year-old man was pinned under a collapsed house, and a local SWAT team pulled him out with their bare hands. So far, the SWAT team has successfully rescued more than 30 people.
