M6.8 earthquake hits SW China's Sichuan Province

A magnitude-6.8 earthquake jolted Luding County in southwest China's Sichuan Province at 12:52 p.m. on Monday. Several aftershocks have been recorded in nearby areas. So far, there have been no reports of casualties, and local firefighters are assembling at quake-hit sites.
