Expert: China aims to better defend its cybersecurity

A report published on Monday shows there is clear evidence that the U.S. National Security Agency was responsible for the cyberattack launched on April 12 against Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi'an. During this cyberattack, the NSA utilized 41 cyber warfare weapons to hack targets and to cover its tracks. But the Chinese side eventually discovered the whole plot and retrieved evidence. CGTN spoke to Dr Lu Chuanying, secretary general of the Cyberspace International Governance Research Center at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, who says China has invested a lot in strengthen its capability in defending its cybersecurity.
