Death toll rises to 74 from magnitude-6.8 quake in SW China

The death toll has risen to 74, from a magnitude-6.8 earthquake in southwest China's Sichuan Province. More than 6,600 rescue personnel are searching for survivors and re-settling those displaced by the quake. The epicenter of Monday's quake was Luding County in the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
