Farmers across China are reaping a bumper harvest of crops and fruits this autumn. With effective scientific management and abundant rainfall, crops are thriving in the eastern provinces of Fujian, Shandong and Anhui. In Tongbai County of central China's Henan Province, hundreds of hectares of yellow peach orchards have entered the harvest season stretching from June to late October. In Tianlin County of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 16,200 hectares of Badu bamboo shoots have also ushered in the harvest season. Farmers in Wensu County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have been harvesting over 400 hectares of sea buckthorns.
