Death toll rises to 15 in western Uganda's landslides triggered by heavy rain that happened on Wednesday morning, Uganda Red Cross Society said on Wednesday.
"Majority of the dead are mothers and children," the Red Cross said on Twitter, adding that response action teams continue to offer rescue services with the local authorities and community responders.
