In Syria's Aleppo City, 10 people, including three children, were killed after a residential building collapsed. Authorities ordered the evacuation of seven buildings nearby. City officials said the fallen building was illegally constructed. Many buildings in Aleppo have been damaged during the country's 11-year civil war. Residents have returned to such buildings because they have nowhere else to live.
