Divisions within the European Union are expected to come out in the open during the emergency meeting of energy ministers in Brussels on Friday. Several members of the bloc are expected to voice their opposition to price caps on Russian gas, curbs on electricity use and taxing oil and gas companies. With the energy crisis right at its doorsteps, EU leaders may find it hard to find viable solutions to the problem.
