China has expressed deep condolences over the death of British Queen Elizabeth II, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Friday.

China is willing to continue to work with the British royal family and all sectors to promote the continuous development of China-UK relations, spokesperson Mao Ning said at a daily news briefing.
