The European Union is introducing strict restrictions on tourist visas for Russians, Finnish broadcaster Yle reported, citing European Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johansson.

According to Johansson, only those coming from Russia for family reasons and Russian journalists would be able to enter the EU region.
