Expert: energy collaboration between Europe and Russia likely to end

Thursday is the last day of the 4-day Eastern Economic Forum in Russia's Vladivostok. Putin delivered a speech, including topics on Ukraine, Western dominance and the economy. Associate Professor Zhang Xin from the School of Advanced International and Area Studies at East China Normal University says that the collaboration on energy between Europe and Russia seems to come to an end.
