Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, a vinegar factory has been busy making vinegar-flavored mooncakes in Taiyuan, capital of Shanxi Province. They've been making vinegar mooncakes for more than a dozen years, during which time their recipe has kept improving. The workshop can now make 4,000 mooncakes a day to meet the market's surging needs.
