Expert: U.S. benefits most from sanctions on Russia, as Europe suffers

In March, the European Union decided to buy an extra 15-billion-cubic-meter of liquefied natural gas from the U.S. to replace Russian gas. Demostenes Floros, Senior Energy Economist of the European Research Center, warns the U.S. will benefit the most from sanctions on Russia, as European countries suffer from the effects of sanctions.
