Today marks the Mid-Autumn Festival in China. A travel rush is expected across the country as people observe a three-day holiday. China's railway authorities are expecting more than 5.5 million daily passenger trips from Friday to Monday. Strict COVID-prevention measures are also in place, including ventilation and disinfection, as well as touch-free services. More than two million tours by water are expected throughout the festival, a 16-percent increase compared with last year.
