The Qianshiyan Tunnel of the Jinyong Railway was successfully holed through on Saturday. Jinyong Railway connects Ningbo-Zhoushan Port in Zhejiang, which has the largest cargo throughput in the world, and Yiwu City, the largest small commodity market in the world. With a total length of 188.3 kilometers, Jinyong Railway is the first high-speed railway in China that can carry out double-stack transport for containers. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2023.
