Russian President Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron held phone talks on Sunday, according to the Kremlin. 

The two leaders discussed the security situation in Ukraine, including at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. 

They expressed readiness for "politicized interaction" on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, along with participation of the International Atomic Energy Agency, according to TASS news agency.
