Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says that the U.S. is obliged to provide visas for countries attending the United Nations General Assembly. Russian news agency Sputnik reports that Lavrov has also asked his colleagues not to remind the U.S. of Russian delegations' visa issue anymore. He says the UN chief will make sure all delegations can attend the activities of the organization.
