Mid-Autumn Festival falls on Saturday this year, the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese lunar calendar. Influenced by Chinese culture, the festival is also celebrated in countries throughout East and Southeast Asia, especially among the Chinese diaspora. German legal secretary Robina Meixner, who has a deep interest in Chinese culture, loves mooncakes and went to a local Chinese supermarket to buy some. She also recorded her own understanding of Mid-Autumn Festival.
