At the forum, the young delegates identified with the spirit of SCO, which is called the "Shanghai Spirit."

Liu Chang, an assistant researcher at the Russian-Eurasian Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, believed that the soul of the SCO lies in the "Shanghai Spirit." Liu believed that in the joint response to global challenges, young people of all countries should continue to conduct exchanges in the spirit of mutual trust, mutual benefit, respect for diversity and the pursuit of common development.

Masaliev Adylbek, a young scholar of Chinese issues from Kyrgyzstan, stressed that the lack of equal understanding of different cultures and the inability to understand the demands of different countries are the root causes of today's international conflicts, and "mutual learning among civilizations and people-to-people ties" advocated by China make up the fundamental driving force for solving the world's problems.

As a third-generation Russian Chinese, Victoria Khu, co-founder of SCOLAR Network, has always been concerned about China's driving role in regional development. She cited China's livestream economy as an example and said that economic advancement driven by the internet, will benefit the youth of all countries and encourage them to seize development opportunities.

Aisha Jagirani, director general of the Department of External Relations and Legal Affairs at Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization, noted that increasing training and continuing education for women is critical to improving the well-being of member countries. She looks forward to providing more training and educational opportunities for young women in health, science and technology entrepreneurship within the framework of the China-led "Silk Road Community Building Initiative."
