All 16 games of Week 1 of the 2022 NFL regular season have come to an end.
On Monday, Russell Wilson led the Denver Broncos to Lumen Field, where he played 10 seasons, and lost to the Seattle Seahawks 17-16. Not only did Wilson have to endure the ear-splitting boos from home fans, he was outperformed by Geno Smith, who was his backup the previous two seasons.
On Sunday, the Miami Dolphins, who acquired super wide receiver Tyreek Hill during the offseason, beat the New England Patriots 20-7 at Hard Rock Stadium. The pairing of three-time First-Team All-Pro selection Hill and third-year quarterback Tua Tagovailoa showed great promise.
On Thursday, Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills dominated the Los Angeles Rams 31-10 at SoFi Stadium, giving the reigning Super Bowl champions a head-on blow. The victory sent the perfect message to the rest of the league: Allen and the Bills want nothing but the throne.
