The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said at a press conference on September 14 that the current energy crisis in Europe is still difficult to solve.

Guterres said that he spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier in the day. They discussed the Black Sea Grain Initiative and its extension, possible expansion and the obstacles that still exist concerning the export of Russian food and fertilizers.
