2023 marks the 10th anniversary of President Xi's proposal for the "Belt and Road Initiative". Zhang Xin, a professor from the School of Advanced International and Area Studies at East China Normal University in Shanghai, says that Kazakhstan is a great example of a country that benefited after joining the BRI.
