Putin, Erdogan meet on sidelines of SCO summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday on the sidelines of the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the Uzbek city of Samarkand, according to TASS.

The two leaders discussed matters surrounding the Russian gas supply, particularly the details of gas payments in Russian ruble and Turkish lira.
