The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will bring positive changes to solving global problems, said a Pakistani scholar in a recent interview with China Media Group. Ejaz Akram, Pakistani expert in international relations and former adviser to the president of National Defence University, made the remarks ahead of the 22nd Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO.
