M6.5 earthquake hits Taitung County in China's Taiwan: CENC

A magnitude-6.5 earthquake hit Taitung County in China's Taiwan region on Saturday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was recorded at a depth of 10 km, according to the CENC.

Tremors were felt in Xiamen, Quanzhou and Fuzhou in southeast China's Fujian Province.
