The SCO is a successful model of regional cooperation that manages to unite countries with different cultural and civilizational backgrounds, said Sheradil Baktygulov, director of the Institute for World Politics Study. The 22nd SCO summit is helping strengthen dialogue, mutual understanding and cooperation regionally and globally, especially during the Russia-Ukraine crisis, he stressed.
